Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or making a purchase on OPbrainrots.com ("the Site," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or make any purchases.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OPbrainrots. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Age Requirement
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are either (a) at least 18 years of age, or (b) a parent or guardian completing a purchase on behalf of a minor with full knowledge and consent. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reason to believe this requirement has not been met.
What We Sell
OPbrainrots sells virtual in-game items ("Brainrots") — digital pets and collectibles — that exist within a third-party Roblox experience. These are digital goods with no physical form and no real-world monetary value outside the context of the applicable game.
All sales are for virtual items only. You are purchasing the delivery of an in-game asset; you are not purchasing any intellectual property rights, licenses, or ownership over any software, characters, or designs associated with the item.
Third-Party Disclaimer
OPbrainrots operates as an independent third-party marketplace. We are not responsible for any changes made by Roblox Corporation or the developers of "Steal a Brainrot" that may affect the availability, functionality, or value of any in-game items, including but not limited to game updates, item removal, server shutdowns, or policy changes.
"Roblox" is a registered trademark of Roblox Corporation. "Steal a Brainrot" and its associated assets belong to their respective creators. Use of these names on this Site is solely for descriptive purposes.
Delivery Process
All orders on OPbrainrots are fulfilled through a fully automated delivery system. No human intervention is required or involved in the delivery of your order under normal operation.
You complete payment on the Site. Your order is logged and queued for automated delivery.
You will receive instructions to join the designated in-game server and initiate your item claim. You have 15 minutes from the time of purchase to complete this step.
Our delivery bot locates your account in-game and transfers the purchased Brainrot to your character. Delivery is logged and recorded as video evidence for verification purposes.
Once the item is delivered and confirmed, the transaction is finalized. All sales are final at this point.
We record video evidence of every delivery. This footage serves as conclusive proof of successful order fulfillment and may be used to resolve any disputes.
15-Minute Claim Window
Because our delivery system is fully automated, we are unable to hold orders open indefinitely. After 15 minutes from the time of purchase, if the item has not been claimed, the order will be automatically canceled.
In the event of an automatic cancellation due to an expired claim window:
- The order will be voided and no in-game item will be delivered.
- You will receive a 🪙 Store Credit (Tokens) refund equal to the full value of your purchase.
- These tokens can be applied toward a future purchase of the same item or any other available item on the Site.
- No cash refund will be issued for missed claim windows.
We strongly recommend that you are logged into the correct Roblox server and ready to receive your delivery before placing your order.
Store Credit (Tokens)
Store credit on OPbrainrots is issued in the form of 🪙 Tokens. Tokens may be issued as a result of an expired claim window cancellation or other eligible circumstances at our sole discretion.
- Tokens have no expiration date and will remain in your account indefinitely.
- Tokens hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash under any circumstances.
- Tokens are non-transferable and are tied to your account only.
- Tokens may only be used toward purchases on OPbrainrots.com.
- OPbrainrots reserves the right to modify the Token system at any time, including adjustments to value or redemption rules, with notice posted on the Site.
Refund Policy
Due to the instant, automated nature of our digital delivery system, we do not offer refunds once an order has been fulfilled. Successful deliveries are logged with video evidence timestamped to your Roblox username and the delivery session.
The only exception to this policy is the automatic issuance of store credit (Tokens) in the case of an expired 15-minute claim window, as outlined in Section 6. This store credit is issued in lieu of a cash refund and represents the full extent of our refund obligation.
If you believe there has been an error with your order, you may contact us through the Site's support channel with your order number. We will review recorded delivery footage and respond accordingly. Claims that conflict with delivery evidence will not be honored.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing on OPbrainrots, you agree not to initiate a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider for any successfully fulfilled order. We maintain video records of all deliveries and will submit this evidence in response to any chargeback filed.
Users found to have filed a fraudulent chargeback will be permanently banned from the Site and may be subject to further action.
User Conduct
By using OPbrainrots, you agree not to:
- Attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the automated delivery system.
- Provide false account information or impersonate another user.
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Site's systems or infrastructure.
- Engage in any behavior that disrupts the delivery process for other users.
We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel pending orders for any user we determine, at our sole discretion, to be acting in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OPbrainrots and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or the purchase of any items.
This includes, without limitation, any losses resulting from:
- Changes to or discontinuation of the Roblox platform or "Steal a Brainrot."
- Loss of in-game items due to third-party game actions, updates, or account bans.
- Technical failures outside our reasonable control.
- Your failure to claim your order within the 15-minute window.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
