What Is This Site?
OPBrainrots is an online store that sells virtual items for a popular Roblox game called "Steal a Brainrot." These items are digital pets and collectibles that exist only inside the game — they have no physical form.
Think of it like buying a skin or accessory in a video game. Your child picks the item they want, you pay, and our automated system delivers it to their Roblox account within minutes.
How Does Delivery Work?
Our delivery system is fully automated — no strangers interact with your child. Here's how it works:
Every delivery is recorded on video so there's always proof that the items were delivered successfully.
Is My Payment Safe?
Yes. All payments are processed by a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor — the highest level of payment security available, the same standard used by Amazon, Google, and Shopify.
- Your card details are entered directly into our processor’s secure form — we never see or store them.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay.
- All pages are protected with HTTPS encryption.
- We do not store any payment information on our servers.
What's the Refund Policy?
Because items are delivered instantly and digitally, all sales are final once the item has been delivered. However, we have protections in place:
- If your child doesn't claim the item within 15 minutes, the order is automatically cancelled and you receive a full store credit (tokens) that never expires.
- Store credit can be used on any future purchase.
- If something goes wrong with a delivery, contact our support team and we'll review the recorded delivery footage to resolve it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will my child's Roblox account get banned?
Trading items between players is a normal, built-in feature of the game. Our delivery system uses the same in-game trading mechanic that all players use — Roblox doesn't flag standard trades.
Do you need my child's Roblox password?
No. We never ask for passwords. We only need the Roblox username (the public display name) so our bot knows who to deliver to in the game server.
What if the item doesn't get delivered?
Every delivery is recorded on video. If something goes wrong, contact us with your order ID and we'll review the footage. If delivery failed, you'll receive full store credit.
Is this a scam?
No. We're a new shop, currently in beta. Every delivery is recorded on video, payments run through a PCI Level 1 certified processor (the same standard payment processors used by Amazon and Shopify), and if a delivery fails you get full store credit back.
